All Kerala Deaf Association has successfully finished 28^th year of our service.  28^th Annual conference of All Kerala Association of the Deaf and state inter school art festival of the Deaf – Silent Fest 07  were be held at Jubilee hall, Tali, Calicut on 8^th & 9^th September 07.  This wide function have arranged in connection with Golden Jubilee celebrations of International world deaf day and hosted by Kozhikode District Deaf Association.   Delegates from various deaf Associations all over the world & other Indian states, Ministers, Cultural leaders and many other dignitaries will join with us for making this occasion memorable one
