SMS service for physically challenged

In a first -of-its-kind inititive , the city police has started a SMS service of facilitate the physically challenged especially the deaf and deumb, to get in touch with the cops while in distress. " We have the toll free number - 100 where common people can call up and inform the police th" the Joint Commissioner of Police                ( Administration ),  Mr. Hemant Karkare Said.
