Respected , I would like to bring to your notice that there are many participants at the''BOMBAY DEAF HANDICAPPED FESTIVAL'' to be held in JULY2009 But unfortunately handicapped. children/persons(mentally/physically challenged) are kept away from participating in the competitions. Is it not injustice? Are they not human beings like others? Why should they not get a chance to show their abilities? I humbly request you to arrange some programs for these handicapped and give them too opportunitiesfor the same. It would be of great encouragement to us if you could arrange such programs in the presence of dignities and actor/actresses(bollywood/hollywood).
