2 Chinese planes enter Taiwan air zone, 18th intrusion in April

Two Chinese military planes entered Taiwan's air defence identification zone on Wednesday, marking the 18th such intrusion this month. In response, Taiwan sent planes and deployed air defence missile systems to track the Chinese aircraft. According to official data, Chinese planes were tracked in Taiwan's identification zone 18 times in March, 17 times in February, and 27 times in January.
