MR Ganesh and MR Swaminathan, known in Tamil Nadu's Kumbakonam as 'helicopter brothers' for their extravagant lifestyle, have been booked for leaving the town after allegedly cheating people of ₹600 crore. Police said the brothers collected the money from people, via their financial entity, with the promise of doubling it in a year but later stopped giving returns to investors.
