A 24-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing passengers on a Tokyo train line on Sunday evening, injuring at least 10 people. As per the local media, the man brandishing a knife was dressed in Batman’s Joker costume and also started a fire. Visuals showed passengers rushing and escaping from windows after the train made an emergency stop.
