Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that he hasn't decided yet whether he will run for presidency again in 2024. Putin, who has been in power for over 20 years, either as PM or President, had earlier passed reforms paving the path for him to be able to rule till 2036. Putin is Russia's longest-serving leader since Joseph Stalin.
