Two men who wanted their wedding to normalise same-sex relationships in India had a wedding ceremony in the outskirts of Hyderabad, Telangana attended by close friends, family members and LGBTQ community members. Abhay Dange and Supriyo Chakraborty applied mehndi and exchanged rings. While India struck down the law that criminalised gay sex in 2018, there's no law allowing same-sex marriage.
