2626 - Russia does not want conflict with Ukraine: President Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday that the country doesn't want conflict with Ukraine. He, however, said that Western powers must provide Russia with "unconditional security guarantees". He also rejected the Ukrainian and US accusations that Russia may be preparing an invasion of Ukraine as early as next month, saying, "Our actions will depend on Russia's unconditional security."
