Customs officials seized gold worth ₹24.32 lakh from a passenger on Friday in Jaipur. The gold was detected when the x-ray machine showed dark objects inside a trimmer being carried by the passenger in his checked-in baggage. On dismantling the trimmer, four gold biscuits were found packed in a black carbon plastic sheet while another biscuit was found separately packed.
