Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday said that there have been no talks with the Taliban on recognising their government. Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Moscow also hasn't received an update on whether the Taliban will send an envoy to Russia. "The Taliban is well informed about our stance...[on recognising their government]...This stance is based on many conditions," she added.
