Meghalaya Governor Satya Pal Malik has claimed that when he met Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the farm laws' issue, the latter said that PM Narendra Modi has "lost his mind". Malik further claimed that Shah told him to "be carefree and keep meeting us". He also claimed that PM Modi was "arrogant" during their discussion on the issue.
