US and Russia officials on Monday held special talks on strategic stability in Switzerland's Geneva, amid tensions over the Russian troop buildup on the border with Ukraine. The talks between Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov and US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman were held at America's diplomatic mission in Geneva. Russia has sought security guarantees from the US.
