A handloom weaver in Telangana has weaved a saree that can be packed in a matchbox. Woven by Nalla Vijay, it was presented before Telangana Ministers KT Rama Rao and Sabitha Reddy, among others. The handwoven saree took six days in making. The saree costs ₹12,000 when woven on a conventional loom and ₹8,000 if done on a machine.
