US President Joe Biden said he will nominate a Black woman to the US Supreme Court for the first time in history. The nominee will replace Justice Stephen Breyer, who's set to retire at the end of the current Supreme Court term in June. "The person I nominate will be someone with extraordinary qualifications, character, experience, and integrity," Biden added.
