As many as five United Nations staff have been kidnapped by suspected Al-Qaeda militants in Yemen, said the government officials on Saturday. The UN confirmed that they were abducted in Abyan province while they were returning from a field mission. "The United Nations is in close contact with the authorities to secure their release," said a UN official.
