White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki on Thursday said, "We remain in touch...with leaders in India and continue to encourage leaders to work closely with us to stand up against President Putin's invasion of Ukraine." This comes as US President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a "war criminal" and offered $800 million worth of new weaponry to Ukraine.
