3103 - 125-year-old Swami Sivananda kneels before PM while receiving Padma Shri

UP-based yoga guru Swami Sivananda knelt before PM Narendra Modi even as the latter bowed before him with folded hands during the Padma awards ceremony on Monday. A video of 125-year-old Sivananda receiving the Padma Shri has been released by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. Sivananda also knelt before President Ram Nath Kovind before receiving the honour.
