A 40-year-old British man has become the first reported case of a man breaking his penis vertically, said doctors while reporting the case in the British Medical Journal. The unnamed man injured himself while having sex with his partner. The man, who suffered a 3 cm vertical tear, was able to resume sexual activity within six months of the injury.
