Afghanistan not to be used to train terrorists: UNSC resolution under India's Presidency

Under India's month-long Presidency, the UN Security Council adopted a resolution that demanded "Afghan territory not be used to threaten or attack any country or to shelter or train terrorists or to plan or to finance terrorist acts". The UNSC reiterated the importance of combating terrorism in Afghanistan and noted "the Taliban's relevant commitments".
