Burn kits, delete all photos: Ex-captain of Afghan women's football team to players

Copenhagen-based Khalida Popal, the former captain of the Afghan women's football team, has urged players to burn their kits, uniforms and delete all their photos for their own safety. "We used football as a means of activism to have a strong stand against Taliban," she said. "But today I'm calling them (players) and telling them...to remove their identities," she added.
