China approves 3-child policy with guidelines to encourage couples to have more kids

China has formally revised its laws to allow couples to have up to three children. In an apparent attempt to address reluctance of Chinese couples to have more children due to mounting costs, China also passed more social and economic support measures. These include measures in finances and education as well as cost of raising children, state-run China Daily reported.
