Consider new ministers as introduced: PM Opp'n interruptions in Parliament

PM Narendra Modi on Monday stopped in the middle of introducing new Union Ministers in the Parliament, due to Opposition sloganeering on fuel prices. PM said, "Consider these ministers as introduced." He said that he'd expected enthusiasm as "so many women, Dalits and OBCs have become ministers" but "some people don't like this and hence are stopping their introduction".
