A special court in Mumbai has allowed "restoration" of Nirav Modi's properties worth ₹440 crore to the Punjab National Bank (PNB). The properties were confiscated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). PNB had filed multiple applications in July, seeking restoration of properties of two firms owned by Modi. The ₹14,000-crore PNB scam accused is in a London prison since 2019.
