China has accused the European Union (EU) of setting "unacceptable" preconditions for visiting the country's Xinjiang region. China alleged that it'd invited diplomats from EU and its member states posted in the country to visit Xinjiang "many times", but it couldn't happen because of the "preconditions". China is accused of violating the human rights of Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang.
