The funeral service for Prince Philip, the husband of Queen Elizabeth II, will be held on April 17 at Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace said on Saturday. The palace appealed to the public not to gather in Windsor. Although the ceremonial arrangements are reduced, the occasion will still celebrate and recognise Prince Philip's life, a spokesman said.
