Hundreds of Taliban militants move in captured trucks to capture Panjshir Valley

Hundreds of Taliban militants are moving in captured trucks to capture Panjshir Valley, which is currently the centre of resistance in Afghanistan. Taliban's Alemarah Twitter feed said they were heading towards Panjshir "after local state officials refused to hand it over peacefully". Anti-Taliban leader Ahmad Massoud said he hoped to hold peaceful talks with Taliban but is ready to fight.
