SC orders demolition of Supertech's twin 40-floor towers in Noida

Supreme Court has upheld an order passed by Allahabad High Court directing the demolition of twin 40-storey towers in Emerald Court project of Supertech in Noida for violation of norms. The court ordered Supertech to reimburse all flat owners along with 12% interest. The court said construction was a result of collusion between the Noida authority officials and Supertech.
