Tesla gets approval for four models from India's testing agencies

Elon Musk-led Tesla has cleared the homologation stage for all four models or variants it had sought approval for in India, as per data by Centre-led Vahan Sewa. Homologation is the process of certifying that a particular vehicle is roadworthy and matches specified criteria. However, the approval doesn't mean an immediate launch as Tesla is yet to finalise its plans.
