Uttar Pradesh government has allowed Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and three others to visit Lakhimpur Kheri where nine people including four farmers were killed. Priyanka Gandhi was detained on her way to Lakhimpur Kheri and later placed under arrest. Rahul Gandhi along with CMs Bhupesh Baghel and Charanjit Channi boarded a flight to Lucknow from Delhi this afternoon.
