US Senate has passed a bill imposing a ban on the import of all products from China's Xinjiang. The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act would create a "rebuttable presumption" assuming goods manufactured in Xinjiang are made with forced labour, therefore, banned under the 1930 Tariff Act. It'll be waived if importers prove that the products weren't made with forced labour.
