WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on Tuesday apologised after an independent report found that 21 employees of the agency committed sexual abuse in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. "It's my top priority to ensure that the perpetrators are not excused but are held to account," Tedros added. The abuses were committed during an Ebola outbreak from 2018 to 2020.
