12 animal samples from Delhi zoo test COVID-19 negative

As many as 12 samples of different animal species in Delhi's National Zoological Park (NZP) have tested negative for COVID-19. "The sanitisation drills never stopped in the NZP since after the COVID-19 phase," zoo director Ramesh Pandey said. The samples were sent to Bareilly's Indian Veterinary Research Institute after eight Asiatic lions at a Hyderabad zoo tested positive for COVID-19.
