Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Assembly elections, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday said that the state Congress had decided to provide people up to ₹10 lakh for free medical treatment if voted to power. Everyone has seen UP's health system's "dilapidated condition due to government's neglect" during coronavirus and now amid the spread of fever, she added.
