After UNESCO added Kolkata's Durga Puja to its 'Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity' list, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee said on Thursday that she is "proud and honoured". She added that people who'd alleged that she didn't allow the celebrations should be "ashamed of themselves". "I'd vowed to make Bengal...number one state, and I've kept my promise," she further said.
