After China made a PLA soldier who sustained injuries during Galwan Valley clash torchbearer in the Winter Olympics being held in Beijing, Ministry of External Affairs said that the Indian envoy wouldn't attend its opening or closing ceremony. "Regrettable that China has chosen to politicise the Olympics," MEA Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi added.
