The Dean of the Social Science faculty at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in UP taught students how to make 'upala' or cow dung cake during a workshop organised at the college. Professor Kaushal Kishore Mishra also shared a video of the same on Twitter. He's heard saying that students will visit villages and 'impart the skill' to people there.
