The Calcutta High Court allowed a 35 weeks pregnant woman to terminate her pregnancy. The woman had moved the court, upon learning that her child will be born with a spine disability. If any disability is seen in the foetus, then the parents can go for abortion up to 35 weeks from conceiving, according to the court's verdict.
