Poland's Karolina Bielawska was crowned Miss World 2021 by Jamaica's Toni-Ann Singh, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. US' Shree Saini was named first runner-up while Olivia Yace from Cote d'Ivoire was named second runner-up. Manasa Varanasi, who represented India, was among the semi-finalists. The event was earlier scheduled to take place in December 2021, but was postponed due to COVID-19.
