A total of 33 Taliban terrorists were killed in airstrikes by Afghan security forces on Wednesday after it targeted the group's hideout in the country's Balkh province, army spokesman Mohammad Rezai said. Arms and ammunition belonging to the Taliban were also destroyed in the airstrikes. This comes as Taliban forces have intensified their attacks in Afghanistan amid US troop withdrawal.
