7-time national deaf chess champion Malika claims Punjab govt declined job & cash award

Seven-time national deaf chess champion Malika Handa took to Twitter to share a video of herself standing outside the office of DPS Kharbanda, Director of Punjab's Sports Ministry. She wrote, "I am feeling very hurt and crying. Today I met the Director...He said Punjab cannot give job and cash award...What shall I do now...all my future is ruined??"
