US President Joe Biden on Wednesday began his first trip abroad since taking office with a warning to Russia that it'll face "robust and meaningful" consequences if it engages in "harmful activities". He added that the US is "not seeking conflict with Russia" and wants a "stable and predictable relationship" with them. Biden is on an eight-day visit to Europe.
