PM Modi congratulates athletes India's medal tally reaches 15 Paralympics

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated shooters Manish Narwal, Singhraj Adhana and archer Harvinder Singh for winning gold, silver and bronze respectively to take India's medal tally to 15 in the Tokyo Paralympics. India has now won three gold medals at the Paralympics after Sumit Antil's gold in javelin throw and shooter Avani Lekhara's medal in 10m Air Rifle event.
